Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for products that are sealed box , provided the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be returned in its sealed box condition, and documentation. It applies only to New Products.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products damaged due to misuse,open boxes, unauthorized repairs, or alterations are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return:
- E-mail us at support@mobileexpress.in within the specified return window of 3 days.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Return Method: You can return the product by post & Return label is customer’s responsibility.
- Restocking Fee: 2% of the product price.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:
- If the returned product meets our eligibility criteria, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the condition of the product.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days after the return is approved.
Important Notes:
- Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchange Policy
