How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Same day delivery is available only in Saharanpur.

At MobileExpress.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed for products purchased through our website.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for products that are sealed box , provided the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: The product must be returned in its sealed box condition, and documentation. It applies only to New Products.
Non-Returnable Items: Products damaged due to misuse,open boxes, unauthorized repairs, or alterations are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return:

E-mail us at support@mobileexpress.in within the specified return window of 3 days.
Provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Return Method: You can return the product by post & Return label is customer’s responsibility.
Restocking Fee: 5% of the product price.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:

If the returned product meets our eligibility criteria, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the condition of the product.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days after the return is approved.

Important Notes:

Advance Payment for Delivery is non refundable.

Exchange Policy
